Flormar, a globally renowned cosmetics brand, entrusted RW Türkiye with the challenge of digitising their human resources and legal documents and make them digitally available.
This transformation streamlined access to corporate documents, ensuring rapid and secure retrieval while reducing the workload for the respective departments and improving overall work efficiency. From the Human Resources department: 65.845 pages were digitised, and 2.583 files were indexed. From the Legal Department, 22.408 pages were digitised, 5.183 documents were renamed, and 2.593 files were indexed.
The entire project was successfully completed within fifteen working days.
