Karol has a Master's in Mathematics of Economy and Finance.
Right after school (from 09/2015) he started working for family Kerschner as a COO (later CEO and co-owner) of Kerschner s.r.o.
Their main subjects of business are waste logistics, waste management, waste recycling and waste trading.
Since they took over the REISSWOLF brand in Slovakia (05/21), he´s the CEO also of REISSWOLF Slovakia.
