After three years, our annual Management & Sales Academy could finally take place in person again.
From November 28th to December 2nd, REISSWOLF your. academy. invited participants from all over the world to our headquarters in Hamburg. The participants were able to improve their management, leadership and sales skills and learn from each another. We had the opportunity to discuss numerous interesting topics such as International Customer Management, IT Refurbishment and different sales strategies. The first two days were mainly about management, while the remaining three days were dedicated to sales and were very interactive.
After three years of online training due to Covid-19, there was a high demand for personal exchange. Therefore, this year we had a total number of 11 participants from countries like Senegal, Kazakhstan, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark and Romania. Some of the participants spent more than 12 hours per day in joint workshops and then explored the beautiful city of Hamburg in the evening. With its strong family-centric values, REISSWOLF promotes best practices and cultural exchange between partners. We always recommend our partners to send new employees to our bi-annual Management & Sales Academy with its in-depth training because they usually go back with lots of motivation and new ideas as well as new friends in the REISSWOLF network.
In the Management & Sales Academy, we share our decades of experience and interactively address the individual needs of our partners. Prior to each Academy, we start with a survey among the participants, who are first asked to give us feedback on the topics they are interested in or on some skills they would particularly like to strengthen. The final training sessions are always personalized based on this feedback as well as on the experience that each country contributes. Many questions are then asked and best practices are shared in each session. Each country shares their challenges and successes, its way of doing business and tips and tricks. In addition to sharing news about our solutions and products, our security standards or management practices, we always focus on improving the soft skills of our partners with the help of our sales specialists, who are also experienced international professionals.

We received a lot of positive feedback and will implement the few suggested changes at the next Management & Sales Academy this year, which has already been announced. We are very much looking forward to our upcoming Academy, which will also take place in physical presence at our headquarters in Glinde (just 2 km from Hamburg) from 24th April to 28th April 2023.
